Welcome to JoeZlomek.com, one of two websites of Pennsylvania-licensed real estate instructor, journalist, photographer, and marketer Joseph M. "Joe" Zlomek, RECS, ASR (pictured below).

Chief among the featured content of this website is Joe Zlomek's Docket, a collection of the author's occasional observations on the business of real estate. In addition, his blog on the news affecting real estate – titled "Another Day, Another Dollar" – can be found at Bloglines.

Zlomek currently serves as marketing director of Polley Associates, Pennsylvania's largest proprietary school for professionals in real estate and related careers. He is a real estate instructor licensed by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission.

Zlomek has been a freelance writer and photographer since 1971. He ranks among the top 3 percent of more than 15,000 photographers who have had their images downloaded from StockXchng, the Internet's largest stock photography community.
